Emma Bryson joined the firm in 2006. Previously, she had clerked at the South Carolina Court of Appeals for the Honorable C. Tolbert Goolsby, Jr. and the Honorable Jasper M. Cureton and was in private practice in a family law firm for three years.
Her practice is limited exclusively to family law, both at the trial court level and the appellate level.
A North Carolina native, Bryson graduated from Erskine College in 1968, received a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 1996, and received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2001.
