Markey Stubbs joined the firm in 1986 after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University. His litigation practice focuses primarily on the areas of Construction Law and Insurance Defense.
Stubbs is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association and the South Carolina Council for Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a licensed civil mediator and a licensed arbitrator.
Away from the office, Stubbs is a fitness enthusiast and sometimes kick-boxing instructor.
