William Pearce Davis

Bill Davis joined the firm in 1992. Prior to that, he worked in private practice in Rock Hill and Georgia and as in-house counsel for an insurance company. Davis' practice centers on Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage issues, including bad faith, as well as Products Liability. He taught Insurance Law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law from 2006 to 2008. He is a member of the state bars of Georgia and South Carolina and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.
Davis, a Newberry native, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1977 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1981.
Away from his practice, Davis is active in canine rescue efforts.
